Pre-applied waterproofing membranes
MBP-family membranes laid before the concrete is poured, forming a continuous interlocking bond with the structure itself instead of relying on adhesion to a substrate.
TPO & PVC single-ply membranes
Hot-air-welded single-ply membranes for exposed and green roofs, with high-reflectance and root-resistant options, plus steel-plastic composite boards for metal and PV roofs.
Polyurethane & cementitious coatings
Liquid-applied coatings for complex details, wet areas and repair work — including cementitious crystalline coatings that waterproof from inside the concrete.
Wet-applied & self-adhesive membranes
Cold-applied MBA and MBBAC self-adhesive membranes that bond on damp, level substrates with no primer and no torch — self-healing, nail-hole water tight and safe on occupied sites.

Core production is concentrated in the polymer building-materials park at the Suzhou headquarters, commissioned with European-made TPO and PVC lines and supported by a CNAS-accredited testing centre and a dedicated wind-uplift laboratory.
Polymer park: RMB 1.5bn investment, 12.5 hectares, planned capacity 100 million m² per year.
